Alexander Dimitrov, CEO

Alexander Dimitrov has extensive experience in the energy sector, complemented by his diplomatic background.
Since 2008, he has been the Managing Director of SE Energy Ltd., overseeing consulting projects and energy-related initiatives.
From 2003 to 2008, he led SE South East Energy Trading GmbH in Vienna, Austria, which served as an official consultant for RWE Solutions and was responsible for the construction of the Dobrotvir Thermal Power Plant in Ukraine. Additionally, he provided consultancy services for GST Steel Bulgaria Ltd. between 2011 and 2012.
His expertise in the energy sector is further strengthened by his tenure as Bulgaria’s Ambassador to Ukraine from 1998 to 2002, where he played a key role in optimizing diplomatic relations, facilitating trade, and negotiating the repayment of Ukraine’s gas debt to Bulgaria. His combined experience in diplomacy and energy positions him as a strategic leader with a strong international network and expertise in high-level negotiations.

Dimitar Dimitrov, COO

Dimitar Dimitrov is a seasoned management professional with expertise in energy trading, strategic leadership, and market analysis. As a former Head of Trade Mission in the UAE, representing Bulgaria at the Ministry of Economy, and a Commercial Director, he has led high-level negotiations, facilitated international trade, and driven business growth.
With a strong network across the Middle East and a background in security and regulatory affairs, he brings a strategic vision to global energy markets. Holding a Ph.D. in Transparency in Clinical Research and degrees in Political Science and International Health, he blends analytical expertise with industry knowledge to foster high-impact partnerships.
